How do I get my file after paying?
After checkout you're taken to your orders, where a Download button issues a secure, time-limited link to the file.
My download link expired — what now?
Open your orders again and download from there; a fresh link is issued each time, within the purchase's window and usage limit.
Can I buy without an account?
Yes. You can check out as a guest using your email; the receipt and download link are sent there.
Selling
What file types can I sell?
Print files, 3D models, and PDFs. You upload a master and a preview; the master stays private until a buyer pays.
How do I make a preview?
Upload one, generate it with AI, or click “Auto-generate preview from master” to create a watermarked, downscaled version automatically.
Why can't I publish?
A product needs a master file attached before it can be published. Add one in the studio, then set the status to Published.

How do I sign in?
With Google, Facebook, or an email magic link.
Is my file safe before purchase?
Yes — masters are stored privately and never given a public URL. Buyers only ever see a watermarked preview until they pay.
