Privacy Policy

How Vaultmark collects, uses, and protects your information.

Last updated June 2026

This is a template. It describes how the reference application is built to handle data, but it is not legal advice — have it reviewed by a qualified lawyer and adapted to your jurisdiction before launch.

Information we collect

  • Account data — your email address and authentication identifiers, provided when you sign in with Google, Facebook, or an email link.
  • Creator content — the products you create, including titles, descriptions, prices, and the files you upload or generate.
  • Purchase data — order records, the email used at checkout, and payment status. We never see or store full card numbers.
  • Usage data — basic logs needed to operate the service securely, such as download counts and timestamps.

How we use it

We use your information to operate the marketplace: to authenticate you, list and deliver products, process payments, issue time-limited download links, send transactional email (purchase confirmations and reminders), and keep the service secure. We do not sell your personal information, and Vaultmark does not show third-party ads.

Processors we rely on

We share the minimum data necessary with infrastructure providers who process it on our behalf:

  • Supabase — authentication and the primary database (orders, products, profiles).
  • Firebase Storage / Google Cloud — private file storage for masters and previews.
  • Stripe — payment processing. Card details go directly to Stripe.
  • Amazon Web Services (SES) — transactional and support email.
  • Google (Gemini) — AI features for content generation and editing, when you use them.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language and cookie choices. You can manage non-essential cookies from the banner shown on your first visit.

Data retention & security

Files are stored in a private bucket and are never given a public URL; access is granted only through short-lived signed links after a verified purchase. We keep order and account records for as long as your account is active or as required for tax and legal obligations.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To make a request, contact us at our contact page.
