Terms of Service

This is a template. Use it as a starting point and have a lawyer adapt it to your business and jurisdiction before relying on it.

1. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to sell or buy on Vaultmark.

2. Selling on Vaultmark

As a creator, you keep ownership of the work you upload. You grant Vaultmark the limited rights needed to store, display previews of, process payments for, and deliver your files to buyers. You confirm that you have the rights to everything you list, including any assets produced with the AI tools.

3. Buying & licenses

Unless a product states otherwise, a purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive license to use the downloaded file. You receive access through a time-limited, capped download link after payment is confirmed. Reselling or redistributing a creator's files is not permitted without their consent.

4. Payments & refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. Because digital goods are delivered immediately, sales are generally final; refunds are handled case by case and, where issued, revoke download access.

5. Prohibited content

You may not upload, sell, or generate content that:

• infringes intellectual property or other rights;
• is unlawful, malicious (e.g. malware), or deceptive;
• sexualizes minors or violates our safety policies;
• you do not have the right to distribute.

6. AI-generated content

Outputs from the AI tools are provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing generated assets and for ensuring your use of them complies with applicable terms and laws.

7. Availability & changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms.

8. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, Vaultmark is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the marketplace.
